The purpose of the Al Hajis Data Protection Policy (“Policy”), which applies to all individuals, is to inform you of how Al Hajis Groups Pte Ltd (herein referred to “Al Hajis”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses, manages, protects and discloses Personal Data in compliance with the provisions of the UAE Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“the Act”). Please take a moment to read this Policy so that you know and understand the purposes for which we collect, use, manage, protect and disclose your Personal Data. By attending the course previews or seminars or workshops organised by us or in partnership or collaboration with other organisations/government bodies, participating in the marketing events or outreach activities undertaken by us, submitting information to us via online or through social media or any platforms (collectively, the “Services”), or signing up for any Courses or Trainings (“Products”) offered by us, you agree and consent to malcolm International Institute (including its related corporations and business units) (collectively, the “Companies”), as well as their respective representatives and/or agents (collectively referred to herein as “Edu quest”, “us”, “we” or “our”) collecting, using, disclosing and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to the Companies’ authorized.

This Personal Data Protection Policy sets out how we and our affiliated associations (“Organisation”, “us”, “we” or “our”) comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of UAE (“PDPA”). This Personal Data Protection Policy sets out:

4. Marketing/ Optional Purposes

b. You can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive marketing materials (by informing us through our email to info@alhajisgroups.com) and we will remove your details from our direct marketing database.
c. Please note that we may still send you non-marketing messages such as surveys, customer-service notices and other service related notices.
d. Videos and photos will be taken during the classes and events to be used for marketing and related purposes.

5. Disclosure of your Personal Data

We may disclose your Personal Data to the following groups of external organisations for purposes mentioned above, subjected to the requirements of applicable laws:

a. our professional advisers such as our auditors;
b. relevant government regulators, statutory boards or authorities or law enforcement agencies to comply with any laws, rules, guidelines and regulations or schemes imposed by any government authority;
c. third party reward, loyalty, privileges and co-branded programme providers;
d. business partners that provides any membership services and benefits; and

a. You may request access to or make corrections to your Personal Data records, but the Organisation has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing your request.

The Commission shall cease retention of personal data or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with particular individuals when it is no longer necessary for any business or legal purposes.
